An old Latin motto, said to have been a favorite of the Roman emperor Augustus.
Push hard, then pause briefly, and repeat. Festina Lente is an interval timer that does exactly that, and nothing more.
A single ring that empties as you work and fills back up as you rest. Every change is marked by one signal, three short beeps and a long one, like a time signal.

- The current round is shown large, readable from across the room
- Work from 5 seconds to 10 minutes, rest from 0 to 5 minutes, 1 to 99 rounds or repeat until you stop

- The same signal for work and for rest. Plays alongside your music or workout videos, even in silent mode
- Haptics at every turn. Sound and haptics can each be turned off
