Save the words you want to keep, and one of them arrives each day.
An épigraphe is the short quotation set at the beginning of a book.
This app really lives in its widgets and its notifications. The screens are only the back room. A notification here is not an invitation to open the app. It is the thing itself, finished where you read it.
The day decides the card. On the same day, the widget, the notification and the app all show the same one. The order is not random. Cards are drawn so that the collection turns over as a whole, which keeps the same few lines from crowding out the rest. Something you had forgotten comes back once you have forgotten it.

How it was made
It only keeps quotations, shows them and sends them. Everything beyond that was left out.
No advertising. No account.
This app does not connect to anything. There is not a single line of networking code in it. The words you gather are not sent to a server, and I cannot read them either.
